Privacy Policy

Invizi USA LLC (“Invizi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates invizi.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our store, create an account, place an order, subscribe to marketing, or otherwise interact with us.

What information we collect

If you check out as a guest or create an account, payment is processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

We share personal information with service providers that help us operate the store, including Shopify (e-commerce hosting and checkout), payment processors, shipping and fulfillment partners, customer support tools, reviews platforms, email and SMS marketing providers (including Klaviyo), and analytics or advertising partners.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Except as described here and in our California Privacy Notice, we do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising and analytics uses may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” under California law. You can opt out at Your Privacy Choices.

Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. Shopify stores your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Payment details are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). For more information, see Shopify’s privacy documentation.

Third-party services

In general, the third-party providers we use will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. Certain providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they handle your information. We recommend you read their policies so you understand how your information will be handled.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s terms.

When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

Security

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. If you provide payment information, the information is encrypted using SSL and stored with AES-256 encryption where handled by Shopify. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

We use cookies to remember your cart, keep you signed in, understand site traffic, and (where permitted) personalize ads. You can typically disable cookies in your browser settings, but some store features may not work.
