Delivery to Your Door (Or A Safe Spot)
Our couriers aim to deliver directly to your door. If you're not home, you can authorise them to leave the package at your door or in another safe spot.
If you live somewhere like an apartment with a shared entrance, and nobody's home, they can't leave it by law. In that case, they'll leave a calling card for you to arrange a pick up or redelivery from a nearby spot - usually depending on the courier and your location.
