Want to return your products for an exchange or refund? No problem! If you're not feeling it, you can send your items back to us and we'll cover the return shipping cost so you're not out of pocket.

We stand by our products, but totally understand if they're not 100% right for you. That's why we'll offer an alternative product for exchange, or refund you 100% of your money back. We're happy when you're happy.

Return Limits
You can return one carton per product. If your carton is delivered in two boxes you can send one back, keeping one pack of product at most.
30 Day Policy
You just need to let us know within 30 days of receiving your Invizi order if you want to make a return. Our friendly customer support team can take it from there.
Your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as we receive your product back at our warehouse.
Must be less than one pack of product used. For reusable or washable, they must be unused and in their original packaging.
Fast & Free Delivery
You'll receive free delivery on orders over €40. Order before 2pm CET and receive same day dispatch. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next day. Orders under €40 have a flat delivery fee of €7.95.
