California Privacy Notice (CCPA/CPRA)

This California Privacy Notice supplements the Privacy Policy of Invizi USA LLC (“Invizi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and applies to California residents who visit or purchase from invizi.com. It describes the personal information we collect, how we use and disclose it, and rights available under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”).

This notice is provided by Invizi USA LLC. Contact: hello@invizi.com · Contact us.

Categories of personal information

In the preceding 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information, depending on how you interact with us:

  • Identifiers (name, postal address, email, phone, IP address, account ID)
  • Commercial information (products viewed or purchased, order history, subscription status)
  • Internet or other electronic network activity (browsing on our site, cookie identifiers, device data)
  • Geolocation data at a coarse level inferred from IP address or shipping address
  • Inferences drawn from the above (for example, marketing segments or product recommendations)
  • Sensory information if you send photos or videos with a review or support request

We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, or precise geolocation. Payment card data is processed by Shopify and payment partners; we do not store full card numbers.

Sources

We collect personal information from you (orders, accounts, forms, chat, email), automatically from your device, and from service providers such as Shopify, shipping carriers, reviews platforms, and marketing/analytics partners.

Purposes of use

We use personal information to fulfill orders, provide customer service, operate subscriptions and rewards, send transactional and (where permitted) marketing communications, improve our site and products, personalize content, measure advertising, prevent fraud, and comply with law. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

Disclosure, sale, and sharing

We disclose personal information to service providers and contractors that process it for our business purposes (hosting, payments, fulfillment, support, reviews, email). In the preceding 12 months we have disclosed identifiers, commercial information, and internet activity to those categories of providers.

We do not sell personal information for money. We may “share” personal information (as CCPA defines that term) with advertising and analytics partners so we can measure and show relevant ads. Categories that may be shared include identifiers, commercial information, and internet activity.

We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Your California rights

Subject to CCPA exceptions, you may:

  • Request that we disclose the personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, sold, or shared about you
  • Request deletion of personal information we collected from you
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
  • Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information if we use it for purposes other than those permitted by CCPA (we do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics beyond what is needed to provide the Services)
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising CCPA rights

How to submit a request

You may submit an access, deletion, or correction request by emailing hello@invizi.com with the subject line “California Privacy Request,” or by using our contact page. We will verify your identity using information we already hold (such as email address and recent order details) before fulfilling a request. You may use an authorized agent; we may require proof of authorization and identity verification.

To opt out of sale or sharing, use Your Privacy Choices or enable a recognized opt-out preference signal (such as the Global Privacy Control) in a supporting browser. We will process GPC signals as an opt-out of sale/sharing for that browser where required.

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide products and services, maintain tax and transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type (for example, order records are typically kept for at least the period required by tax and consumer-protection law).

Shine the Light

California Civil Code section 1798.83 permits California residents to request certain information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, email hello@invizi.com.
